RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our warehouse & exchange it for another item or store credit. If you can not find a suitable exchange for your BOSKEMPER piece, we will provide you with a store credit of the item's value. You can use this store credit on any future purchase. Store credit(s) have no expiry, so you are free to use at any time. 

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached & returned within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received. 

Customers will be responsible for shipping & handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by BOSKEMPER STUDIO. Please note that original shipping charges & taxes/duties are non-refundable.
