To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

AUSTRALIA

If you are located in Australia, we now offer free returns. Once you have processed your return through the portal below, a customer service representative will email you the returns labels. Once you have received this simply print, sign & stick onto the satchel & pop in your nearest post box.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1 - Enter your order number & email address in the fields above & click Start.


Step 2 - Follow the instructions & select the item(s) you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return is request is approved.

Step 3 - Place the item(s) you would like to return inside a sturdy package, like the one your BOSKEMPER pieces came in. Strike out any old addresses or barcodes.

Step 4 - Print, sign & clearly attachd the shipping label (the one we have provided via email) to the outside. Properly secure your package.

Step 5 - Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.

THE REST OF THE WORLD

Customers not located in Australia will be responsible for shipping & handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by BOSKEMPER.
