Express shipping - $15 on all orders under $249. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $249. Please allow 2-5 business days, after dispatch to receive your order. Pending on if you are located in metro or non metro areas.
REST OF THE WORLD
We offer international shipping to all destinations worldwide. Express International shipping - $25 on all orders under $249. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $249. Please allow delivery between 5-10 business days after dispatch to receive your order. Pending on if you are located in metro or non metro areas.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
All orders require a signature upon delivery. However, a family member or colleague may sign on your behalf. If you will not be available to accept delivery, consider shipping to your workplace. Alternatively, a notice will be left notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE
You may authorise your delivery to be left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
DELIVERIES TO P.O. BOX
Unfortunately DHL doesn't deliver to a PO boxes. If you select this option at checkout deliveries will be arranged through a third party service. This will take additional time for delivery.
MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, simply follow the steps on our returns portal -
RETURNS LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send your order back to us. If you are in Australia, we now offer free returns. Once you have processed your return through the portal, a customer service representative will email you the returns labels. Once you have received this simply print, sign & stick onto the satchel & pop in your nearest post box.
RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send your order back to us. Customers not located in Australia will be responsible for shipping & handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels for customers located outside of Australia, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by BOSKEMPER.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our studio located in Melbourne, Australia & exchange it for another item or store credit. If you can not find a suitable exchange for your BOSKEMPER piece, we will provide you with a store credit of the item's value. You can use this store credit on any future purchase(s). Store credit(s) have no expiry, so you are free to use at any time. SALE ITEMS For any items purchased on sale, these styles are not eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.
Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed & with their tags attached.
Gift Cards may not be returned.
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo or video to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, provide a credit note or refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. If you have any questions regarding a return or want to check whether your order qualifies for a refund/return please email email@example.com.
Orders are either dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post Express or our warehouse in China via DHL Express. If you have any enquiries about where your order is coming from, please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of order being placed. Please be aware the dispatching and delivery of orders may take slightly longer than usual during peak sale periods. We’re working hard with the postal network to ensure we get all deliveries to you as quickly and safely as possible and apologise in advance for any delays you may experience during this time.
All payments are 100% secure and all information exchanged in order to process the payment is encrypted by SSL.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
PayPal express feature is available to speed through the checkout.
STORE CREDIT & GIFT CERTIFICATES
You can also use store-credit or a gift certificate. Each gift certificate and store-credit carries an individual code you can easily enter when completing the checkout. They never expire. They can not be combined with promotions.
AFTERPAY (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option where you can spend up to $1,000. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase. Note that orders purchased with Afterpay and returned are only entitled to an exchange or store credit. No refunds can be processed for Afterpay orders.
International orders are subject to duties & taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery & are not included in the product(s) price. BOSKEMPER has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.
Please note, tax & duties are non refundable upon return of an order.
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible & offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
