Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with BOSKEMPER.
If your product purchased doesn’t perfectly fit in your wardrobe, we are happy to exchange it for another item or store credit.
If you can not find a suitable exchange for your BOSKEMPER piece, we will provide you with a store credit for the value of the garment, that you can use on any future purchase. Store credit has no expiry, so you are free to use at any time.
All you have to do is touch base by emailing our customer care at email@example.com & someone will assist you with your return.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached & returned within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received.
Return postage, packaging & other costs shall be paid by the Buyer. Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be exchanged & will be sent back as is to the Buyer, at the Buyer's expense.
